Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing various industries, and the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector is no exception. From automating repetitive tasks to enhancing design processes and improving project outcomes, AI offers the potential to transform the way projects are conceptualized, executed, and managed. However, as with any emerging technology, the implementation of AI presents both opportunities and challenges, particularly from the user's perspective.
Bio:
50 years of experience in all phases of business, energy, engineering, construction and law including legal representation, litigation, contract negotiation and project management of large international oil & gas projects and engineering and construction projects. Graduated from Texas A&M University (BSCE), University of California – Berkeley (MSCE), and University of Maryland School of Law. Admitted to the Bars of Texas, Maryland and Colorado and various Federal Courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Practicing attorney specializing in construction, engineering, litigation and transactions, environmental law, oil and gas, maritime and international law. Licensed Professional Engineer -Texas (CE) and retired Vietnam Era Naval Aviator (LCDR).
