Distinguished Service Award

The SEAoT Distinguished Service Award is presented to an individual or individuals to recognize outstanding service to the organization. Recipient of this award will be announced at the 2026 SEAoT Conference in Austin.

PLEASE NOTE: We will be presenting one (1) award at the 2026 Conference.

Application Requirements

1. Nominee Name & Contact Information
2. Positions held within SEAoT (w/dates of service)
3. Description of Long-Term Contributions to SEAoT
4. Name and Contact Information for Nominator

Selection Guidelines

1. Recipients shall be individual members of SEAoT.
2. Recipients shall be selected based on the criteria indicated in the description of the award.
3. An Award Committee shall consist of a Chairman with members representing each chapter.  The Chairman shall be appointed by the State Board and the Chairman shall appoint each committee member.  The Chairman shall administer the program and report committee activity to the Board.
4. The program shall be financed by general contributions by SEAoT, as approved by the Board of Directors.
5. The recipient will be announced biannually at the SEAoT State Conference.
