Topic: Precast Solutions
Summary:
An introduction to Leviat's Thermomass, Rapid Loc Ultimate (RLU), and Super Lynk systems, focusing on their applications, benefits, and role in improving the performance, constructability, and efficiency for precast concrete solutions.
Presenter: Mr. Christopher Hurd, PE - Director of Engineering, Leviat North America
Mr. Hurd leads multi-site engineering teams across the United States. With over 17 years of experience in structural engineering and leadership, he brings a strong background in technical design, product development, and organizational management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Christopher is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering value-driven engineering solutions to the construction industry.
Presenter: Mr. Jose Barajas, PE - Precast Business Development Manager, Leviat
Mr. Barajas is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and Oklahoma. He has over eight years of experience in the precast concrete industry, with a background spanning engineering and project management. In his current role, Jose works closely with structural engineers, architects, contractors, and precast producers to develop and implement practical solutions that support efficient, constructible, and successful precast projects. He is passionate about supporting innovation, collaboration, and the continued advancement of precast concrete construction throughout the industry.
